On August 5th, Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) Jiangsu project entrusted energydesign (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as EDS) to organize an online conference to provide expert review for a technical proposal of plus-energy building.
In March, the GIZ Jiangsu project commissioned EDS to provide a plus energy technology solution for the Solar Decathlon 2021 project of the China University of Mining Technology. According to the requirements of the assignment, the expert review meeting should be held after EDS has submitted the final technical plan. The meeting was attended by Ms. Hu Qiying, director of GIZ Jiangsu project, Mr. Hu Ning, technical consultant, Dr. Zhou Yanping, general manager of EDS, and Professor Chen Ning from China University of Mining Technology. The conference invited Director Chen Xi from China Academy of Building Research, Dr. Zhu Panyu from Synavision GmbH Germany, Professor Huanggu from the University of Electric Power and Dr. Zhai Hui from Carrier China (Shanghai) R&D Center as review experts.
Dr. Zhou Yanping introduced the technical simulations and solutions applied in this project, and the experts put forward relevant opinions and suggestions. According to the calculation, the onsite surplus electricity going to utility now counts 151% of the total electricity end use , which appears to be a very plausible outcome. The review experts also raised some technical questions, mainly focusing on the determination of the cooling and heating COP of the ground source heat pump, and the further improvement of the air tightness of the building, etc.
In addition, the later construction process also needs to be guaranteed to ensure the realization of this theoretical energy production rate. According to the definition of the GIZ's Research Report on Plus-Energy Building and Community , the building with electricity generation exceeding 10% of the total energy consumption can be identified as a plus energy building. Therefore, the review experts and project parties are optimistic about achieving the plus energy target eventually.
During the meeting the corresponding measures were also discussed to be taken during the construction phase in September in response to the current COVID-19 epidemic situation in order to ensure the final implementation of the project.
今年3月，GIZ江苏项目委托设能为中国矿业大学太阳能十项全能竞赛 - Solar Decathlon 2021参赛项目提供产能建筑技术方案。根据计划，在设能提交了最终技术方案后召开此次专家评审会。参加会议的有GIZ江苏项目主任胡其颖女士，技术顾问胡宁先生，设能公司周博士以及矿业大学代表陈宁教授等。会议邀请了中国建研院的陈曦主任，德国synavison GmbH的祝潘瑜博士、电力大学皇甫教授，开利中国（上海）研发中心的翟辉博士作为评审专家。
会上周博士介绍了产能技术方案，各位专家提出了相关的意见和建议。目前根据该方案可以实现约150% 的产能(产电)盈余，这是一个较为理想的数据。评审专家也提出了一些技术问题，主要集中在地源热泵的制冷和制暖功效的确定，以及建筑气密性的进一步提高等。另外后期的施工工艺水平也需要得到保证，才能确保理论产能量的实现。根据《GIZ产能建筑和产能社区研究报告》的定义，产能量超过建筑总能耗的10%可认定为产能建筑，因此评审专家和项目各方对达成产能目标抱有乐观的态度。 会议还讨论了9月份施工阶段针对目前疫情状况应采取的对应措施，以尽量保证项目的最终实施 。
